Fun cookie tip!

 

Getting an early start on cookie baking for friends and family this year? It’s easy enough to arrange plates and tins of flat cookies that stack and wrap easily, but I needed a way to store and transport the slidey unstackables. This works well!

Bake the dough in a mini-muffin tray, cool the cookies on a cookie sheet or rack, then tuck them neatly into a three-section folding egg carton. Add a new insert to replace the egg label, tie a ribbon around the carton, and your peanut blossoms and other “3-D” cookies will stay fresh, look nice and travel well. Enjoy!
