Three-ingredient Lemon Ice Cream
Three ingredients. Refreshing. Magic.
To 2 cups whipping cream, add 1 cup granulated sugar and 1/3 cup lemon juice. Stir until sugar dissolves, pour into a Pyrex dish/plastic bowl/any freezer-safe container. Stir once while freezing. Freeze until firm, serve, garnish with fresh mint. Or a raspberry. Or a cookie!
